Mary Kathleen (20.7470°S, 140.0123°E) is situated between Cloncurry and Mount Isa in the Selwyn Range, Queensland. The ghost town is known for it’s uranium deposit. A total of around 31 million tonnes of uranium ore were extracted between 1958-1963 and 1976-82, the periods during which the mine was active.
